Return & Refund Policy
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
• Complete Packaging & Components: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all parts and components.
• Normal Product Handling: The item must show normal handling signs only. Damage caused by careless handling is not covered.
• Hygiene Products: Any hygiene-sensitive items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
• Defective Products: Must be reported immediately upon receipt.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process
1. Email us at info@fairmontandco.com with the following details:
• Order Number
• Reason for Return
• Photo of the Product (if applicable)
• Full Name
• Customer Address
2. We will provide the return address after receiving your request.
Do not send the return to the sender’s address. The correct return location will be provided.
3. Once the return is received, we will process your refund within 7 business days if all conditions are met.
Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
If you are an individual purchasing for personal use (non-business), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
• The 14-day period starts when you or an authorized third party receives the last item in your order.
• To cancel your order, email us at info@fairmontandco.com with a clear statement of withdrawal.
• The return is complete once we receive the goods.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may vary. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You must wait until the order is delivered before initiating a return.
To expedite the return process, please send us a shipping confirmation once you have shipped the item back.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 14 days.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
• Delivery costs are not refundable unless the item is defective.
Return Warehouse Location
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
To reduce unnecessary transportation, lower costs, and minimize carbon emissions, we process all returns through a centralized 3PL warehouse in China. This helps streamline our logistics while ensuring efficiency in handling returns.
